To help us respond as usefully as possible, please include:
- Species request: If you'd like us to add a species we don't currently support, let us know the animal and any relevant diet information you have.
- Food data: If you notice a food missing from our list or a calorie value that seems off, include the product name and the kcal/kg figure from the label.
- Technical issues: Describe what you were doing and what went wrong — browser and device type if possible.
- General feedback: We genuinely use it to improve the calculator. Nothing is too small to mention.
Press & partnerships
For media enquiries, partnership proposals, or collaborations with veterinary professionals or animal charities, please use the same email address and include "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line.
A note on veterinary advice
We're not vets and can't provide personalised medical advice for your pet. If your pet has a health condition, weight problem, or dietary restriction, please consult a registered veterinarian or veterinary nutritionist. We can point you toward useful resources, but we can't replace a clinical assessment.
